We redesigned the inbox review sequence to reduce context switching for doctors. The updated flow surfaces the patient case summary, urgency cues, previous interaction history, and consultation intent in one place. This supports faster first response times and fewer missed details during early triage. The release also improves readability on smaller screens and introduces clearer visual grouping for active vs completed requests.
